Exchange and Return Policies
There will be no refund, cancellations or
exchanges once payment has been confirmed.
If the wrong item had been sent to you, you must highlight this
to us within 2 days of receipt of your order.
We will not be able to assist upon expiry of the grace period.
The items must be returned to us in their original condition
(brand new and unused), meaning the items must be returned with their full and
original packaging, which include uncut-tags, label, packaging and so
forth.
Upon receipt of the items in their original condition, the
correct products will be sent to you at no extra cost.
We will not be able to accept any items with signs of having
been worn, tampered with, washed, altered, stained, will not be accepted.
A full refund will be made if the purchased item is out of stock.
