  1. How do I qualify to become a ‘girlfriend’ of Pretty and Witty?

    • You automatically become a 'girlfriend' when you have submitted your order form and paid for your items.

  2. What are the benefits of being a 'girlfriend'?

    • It allows us to process your orders.
    • You get to create a personalized ‘Wish List’ and we will let you know if more stock  has  arrived on your wish list.
    • Girlfriends celebrate birthdays together!. On your birthday month, you will be eligible for a one-off 20% discount. That’s right, on your birthday month; girlfriends get to do a one-time shop with every item at 20% discount. 
    • So we may notify you about enhancements to our services, such as changes to our website, new services and special offers that may be of interest. 

  3. How do I know that the products you sell are of good quality?

    • All our products are carefully selected and we do stringent checks on every item prior to dispatching them to you.

  4. How do I know if the product will fit me?

    • As the sizes can vary considerably depending on the design and make, we have provided detailed dimensions of each product so you may fit it to your own measurements.

  5. Are all your products immediately available?

    • Everything is available and in stock.  However, all items have a limited number of pieces as we aim for exclusivity.  Orders are therefore, fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis.

  6.  How will I know if a product is in stock?

    • Everything is in stock unless ‘sold out’ is displayed.  Please note that even if an item is in stock, another ‘girlfriend’ can still buy it until you have completed your order.

  7. What can I do if the product I want is out of stock?

    • You may email pretty_witty@ymail.com to find out if there is a waiting list for that item.  You may also register your interest in an item and will receive email notification from us when stock has arrived.

  8. How soon will my order be processed?

    • Your order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours once payment has been received.

  9. Can I add items to an existing order?

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order.

  10. How will I know you have received my order?

    • Upon receipt of your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. 

  11. How will I know if my purchases have been dispatched to me?

    • Your order will be dispatched to you within 24-48 hours, upon which an email will be sent to you with your shipping details and tracking number.
